Payment, Shipping & Returns

 Payment Options:

Paypal Balance - Pay using your Paypal account balance or an e-Check

Credit / Debit Cards - We accept most major Credit cards and Debit cards. All of these payments are handled by our payment processor, Paypal.Com. A Paypal account is not required when using this payment option. For more information, just click on their Logo above.

Money Order / Cashier's Check - We gladly accept these payments. We recommend sending them using an Insured delivery option though. Also, you should keep a record of the payment in case it gets lost in the mail. This includes the number of the Money Order or Cashier's check as well as your order information.

SORRY, We DO NOT ACCEPT Personal Checks as Payment

We Proudly use the USPS for all of our shipping needs

Shipping/Handling Costs - Our Shipping charges include Handling, which covers all packaging materials and fees. I try hard to keep the Handling part as low as possible by Recycling packing materials and combining items into 1 container for shipping.

Handling Time - Most orders are shipped in 24 hours or less, but may take up to a few days depending on my family or travel schedule.

Shipping Time - Here are some estimates on Domestic shipping times:

           Media Mail - The slowest, this service usually takes about 10-14 business days

           First Class Mail - Our standard method, this service can take from 3-8 business days

           Priority Mail - The usual fast method, this service takes 2-3 business days

We proudly support all of our Military Men and Women, and we ship to all APO/FPO addresses.

 

International Shipping - Simply enter your country and no other information in the shipping calculator. If you are notified that we do not ship to your location, please contact us so we may review your order and quote shipping charges.

Fast shipping is available, but is very expensive ($14.00+). This is due entirely to USPS shipping rates. Sorry. I can provide rates if you contact me with your order and how fast you want it. Insurance may be available with some of these faster methods as well as some tracking information.

Not all destinations are available and prices vary.

Returns:

Returns - Due to the nature of the items I sell, Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis. All items are carefully described and photographed. I can provide Hi-Res images, detailed answers to questions, and other information so please do not hesitate to ask me for help BEFORE purchasing the item.

           Fans - You have 7 days to inspect your fan. If your fan is D.O.A. (Dead On Arrival), PLEASE contact me immediately. You will need to return the fan for inspection before a replacement will be sent. This does not cover improper hook-up or abuse, only D.O.A. Since these fans were not designed for use in the harsh environments I sell them for, I cannot warranty them for anything more than described above.
